You can speed through that 20 hour audio book in 20 hours, or you can stop after each chapter to figure out how to put it into practice.
You can throw a frozen pizza in the oven, or roll out some fresh sourdough, grate organic mozzarella, pick a few leaves of basil from the garden, and slide it onto got stone in the oven.
Sometimes, you need to do it quick. Just remember that quick is survival, but deep is where the juice is.
